Our senior executive team has amassed a wealth of experience and expertise in specialist education and care and they are passionate and driven to secure fantastic outcomes for every young person in Spaghetti Bridge services.

Stephen Bradshaw – Executive Chairman

Stephen has an overwhelming amount of experience when it comes to working with children, young people and adults with SEND. With a career spanning over 45-years as a teacher, headteacher, founder and CEO of specialist education and care groups, he’s highly respected within education and care circles and has vast expertise, understanding and commitment when it comes to ‘doing the right thing’ for children and young people. Stephen believes we should leave a legacy for future generations and Spaghetti Bridge is yet another step in achieving that goal.

Dan Alipaz – CEO

Dan has over 20 years’ experience in specialist education and care with a successful track record in providing high quality outcomes for children and adults. Dan has held a range of roles at both operational and executive levels from teacher, headteacher and principal, to director of operations for various national SEND organisations. He believes passionately in celebrating creative diversity in all people. Dan is CEO for Spaghetti Bridge and takes on the role of headteacher for Silver Bridge School.

Kirsty Thomas – Executive Director of Service Quality and Development

Kirsty has a successful career in helping to deliver key organisational outcomes across national independent specialist education and care organisations. She specialises in quality, risk management and governance to ensure delivery of the highest standards.  

Kirsty works in close collaboration with regulatory bodies, including Ofsted, in the development and improvement of SEND services and is driven to achieve the best for all children and young people.
